On iPhone, open Settings β€Ί Apps β€Ί Messages and turn on Filter Unknown Senders to move texts from numbers you don't know into a separate list, then use Report Junk under any scam text. On Android, open Messages β€Ί settings β€Ί Spam protection and switch it on, and use Block & report spam on the conversation. Neither stops a determined scammer, so still treat any unexpected 587 message as suspicious.
